Procedure

Prepare a pigment premix by blending phase C ingredients and homogenize until color is homogeneous. Mix phase A except Dow Corning 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend and stir using moderate speed until Dow Corning BY 11-030 is completely dissolved. Add the pigment premix and stir until homogeneous. Add Dow Corning 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend while mixing and increasing speed. Mix until homogeneous. Mix phase B ingredients together and add to phase A with mixing. Be aware that the mixture fast develops high viscosity. Continue mixing for an additional five minutes.

Application:
Designed for delicate skin around the eyes, this colorful formulation reduces fine lines, dark circles and puffiness. Apply the silky smooth gel before make-up to maintain a youthful appearance.
